Our Teachers' Contracts.

• All legal documents are confusing and can be open to misinterpretation.
• To prevent this happening at TESOL-ASIA, we have made the shortest and simplest contract possible.
• Each new member of staff can request the contract which relates to their employment.
• We are sure that you will understand the contract.
• The contract  will be sent in PDF format and kept  by the new member of staff for reference.
• When the member of staff arrives in Thailand the contract can be compared with the downloaded version.
• Each member of staff will be talked through the contract to clarify all points.

• The contract is then signed by both parties.
